Turkey or Chicken Tetrazzini


1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sweet or glutinous rice flour or 1/3 c. cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups GF chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
14 ozs. cooked GF spaghetti noodles
4 cups turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 3oz. cans mushrooms, drained
1 cup GF Parmesan cheese


Combine margarine, flour, salt, and pepper in a large saucepan.  Cook over medium heat, stirring until it bubbles. Remove from heat.  Using a whisk, add cream and broth, mixing well. Reheat to boiling, stirring constantly.  Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add cooked spaghetti, turkey, and mushrooms.  Toss well.  Pour into ungreased 12x16 pan.  Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned on top.
