Fluffy Peanut Butter Dip

Ĺ cup creamy peanut butter (I use Reduced Fat Peter Pan)

1 container (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt (Yoplait, Kroger & Blue Bunny are GF; Danon isnít)

1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)

Ĺ cup thawed frozen whipped topping (Kraft Cool Whip is GF)

apples or pears for dipping


1.     Place peanut butter, yogurt, and cinnamon in small mixing bowl.  Stir with stainless steel whisk until thoroughly blended

2.     Using the whisk, gently stir whipped topping into peanut butter mixture until blended.  Chill.

3.     Brush fruit with lemon juice or sprinkle with Fruit Fresh to prevent turning of fruit.  Do this step shortly before serving.  This is a great recipe for kids to make themselves.
