Sundried Tomato Dip or Spread

1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, packed in oil

8 oz cream cheese, room temp

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups mayo (can use low fat)

10 dashes Tabasco

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

2 green onions, sliced thinly

Blend everything in a food processor until well blended.  Adjust Tabasco, salt to taste.  Pulse in the green onions that have been sliced.  Don't over-process at this point.  Keeps for several days.  Make ahead and chill well to blend flavors before serving.

You can reduce the amount of cream cheese to make a thinner consistency and use as a spread on sandwiches.  (Great on a sandwich with avocado, red onion and turkey breast.)
