Biscuits and Gravy

Amber Lee (GF Utah group)

1 pound ground pork sausage
1/3 cup sweet rice flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 cups milk

 Brown sausage in a large skillet.  Drain off grease.

  1. Stir in flour till sausage is well coated.
  2. Stir in milk, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Serve over GF biscuits.
