Breakfast Casserole

6-8 Servings

3 slices of gf white bread cut in cubes

8-10 eggs -beaten

1 can of condensed milk

1-1b of Maple sausage (or whatever flavor you want)-cooked, drained

8oz. Sour Cream

1 jar real bacon bits

1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)

1 bag grated Velveeta cheese

1 bag grated Mexican 4-Cheeses

Tabasco Sauce – 2 or 3 shakes

Worcheshire Sauce – 2 or 3 shakes

Salt – 3 or 4 shakes

Pepper – about a tablespoon

Steak seasoning- 2 or 3 shakes

Dill seasoning – 2 or 3 shakes

*Preheat oven to 350Ί

In your 9X12 casserole dish, put all the cubed bread on the bottom.  In large mixing bowl, mix all the other ingredients together and then pour over bread.  Bake about 25 minutes or until it is golden brown on top (or stick a knife in the center and if it comes out clean, it’s done).
