Carrie’s GF Peanut Butter Balls

2C Skippy peanut butter

˝ C margarine/butter

1 cup powdered sugar

4C Barbara’s organic Rice Crispies

12oz Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chips

˝ slab of paraffin wax

Cream peanut butter and butter together. Add powdered sugar, then rice crispies. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls.                                                          

Melt wax in double boiler, then add the chocolate chips.

Dip balls into chocolate/wax mixture.

Dry on wax paper.

Do not freeze. Will last in the refrigerator for 60 days.
