Asian Chicken Salad

1 cup Dannon Fat Free Plain Yogurt

2 cups cooked chicken breasts, cubed or shredded

1 can (20 oz.) Dole Pineapple Chunks, drained

1 cup diced red bell pepper

cup sliced scallions (or chives)

cup chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos or wheat-free soy sauce

6 cups mixed greens

In bowl, whisk together yogurt, brown sugar, and Bragg Liquid Aminos (or soy sauce). And cilantro. Let stand 20 minutes before serving over a bed of greens, or mixing with greens.
