Corn/Pea Salad

1/3p corn oil

1/3cup vinegar

cup sugar

tsp salt

2 cans corn (drained)

2 cans peas (drained)

8 oz jar pimentos

1cup chopped celery

cup green onion

Combine 1st 4 ingredients in a sm. saucepan.  Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar.  Cool 5 min.  Put remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour in liquid.  Cover and chill overnight.
