Tropical Chicken Salad

2 cups cooked and chopped chicken

1 cup celery

1 can pineapple tidbits

1 can mandarin oranges

1 2 tablespoons green onions

some red and green grapes

Dressing:

1 cup GF mayo or cup GF mayo + cup GF ranch dressing

Combine all ingredients.  Mix well.  Top with cashews and coconut.
