Vegetable Cheese Soup

4 chicken boullion cubes

1 qt. water

1 cup chopped celery

2 cups cubed potatoes

1 cup diced carrots

1 large onion

Bring to a boil and cook for 20 min.  Add one 10 oz package frozen broccoli or cauliflower, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 2 cups water, roll of Velveeta cheese (cubed).  Thoroughly heat and serve.
