Baked Chili Rellenos

1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese

1 large and 1 small can green chili peppers

4 eggs

2 tbsp. cornstarch

tsp. salt

1 large can evaporated milk

Line pan with chili peppers.  Cover with cheese.  Top with remaining peppers.  Beat eggs, flour, sat and milk.  Pour over peppers and cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Serves 6.
